Right Use 2.1 Except as expressly other wise agreed in this Contract, as between the parties all intellectua and industrial property rights in the Servic es, in all documents provided by Flender in connection with this Contract (the Documents ) and in all software, hard ware, kno whow (IPR) and other things provided with or as part of the Services nd the Doc uments sha ll be th exclusive property of and vest in Flender. The Cust omer shall not be entitled to reverse engineer, dec ompile, or reproduce ( have reverse engineered, decom piled, or reproduced) the Services or goods delivered in connection with such Serv ices parts thereof except to the extent that such restrictions are unenforceable under applicable aw. 2.2 The Cust omer may use the Doc uments unmodified and to th extent necessary for operation and routine maintena nce of th serviced objects by the Customers own personnel, unless explicitly agreed other wise in writing by Flender. 2.3 If the Servic es include Flende software, such software is licensed under the license terms contained in the software document ation, the software itself or in the attached license terms (in each case the applicable license conditions ), which shall prevail over this Cla use 2.
