of timely notice to the contrary, the proposed amendments to the security concept shall be deemed accepted by the Customer 8 weeks after Flenders notice, and Flender shall be entitled to implement the amended security concept. 1.3. In addition to and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Contract, the following shall apply in respect of the performance of any Remote Services by Flender: () Customer acknowledges that in providing the Services remotely, Flender: ( has no physical access to any people, machines and/or serviced objects and therefore fully relies on the performance of the Customers responsibilities under Clause 3.2 and in part icular information provided by the Customer in order to perform the Services; and ( does not perform any physical work or services on the machines and/or serviced objects and the Customer is responsible at all times for executing the relevant physical wo rk or services on the relevant machines and/or serviced objects. (ii) Flender does not make any warranty, express or implied, in relation to the performance of the Remote Services, including without limitation fitness for any particular purpose, or that the performance of the Remote Services would provide any specific result in respect of the physical work or services performed by the Customer on the relevant machines and/or serviced objects.
