The Affected Party shall promptly notify the other Party of the occurrence of Force Majeure Event and any impacted performance under the Contract shall be suspended. 2.2 The Affected Party shall take all reasonable steps to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or find way in which the Contract may be diligently performed despite the Force Majeure Event; and promptly take such steps, as may be reasonably required by the other Party, to reduce any loss or damage (or risk thereof) to the other Party 2.3 If Force Majeure Event continues for period of sixty ( days or more, the other Party shall be entitled to terminate the Contract at any time by prior written notice to the Affected Party and the provisions of Clause 1 shall apply. 2.AUDIT The Supplier shall maintain books of account and supporting documentation relating to all charges to Company under this Contract in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and practices. Company or its agents shall have the right exercisable upon reasonable notice in writing to audit all books of account and supporting documentation in relation to this Contract during its term and for period of four ( years thereafter. 2.GOVERNING LANGUAGE The English language shall be the governing language of this Contract and all notices, correspondence, insurances (if to be provided to Company) and any other documents shall be in English (or certified English translation). Company shall have the right to reject and require the replacement of any notice, correspondence, insurance (if any) or any other document which is not provided in English (or certified English translation) by the Supplier. 2.SURVIVAL Specified Clauses and those that by implication or by their nature are intended to survive, shall survive the expiry or
