For high mast mounted in hazardous area Motor and control panel sha ll be flame proof type Ex- temp class-T3. 4.1 Light Fittings The light fittings shall be of integral type flood light type ith LED lamps. The quantity,wattage, mounting position/angle and optical character istics shall be decided on the basis of the following illumination requirement. Minimum 3 lux illumination shall be achieved at horizontal istance of 3 meters from the bottom of the mast all around. Illumination level of 1 0 lux shall be sufficient at plant boundary wall, parking area, Administrative Building, etc . Minimum of 3-5 lux is required to be achieve at horizontal distance of 1 Metre rom the bottom of the mast towards all area. Minimum 2 lux shall be achieved in the area adjoining at the perimeter of 4 meter (approx.) rad ius considering the mast bas at the centre.
