chwungmassenlfter.Dependent on the case of application, for each gear unit size two different auxiliary drives are available: Maintenance drive The
motor of the auxiliary drive is dimensioned in such way that the bucket elevator can be operated with empty buckets 
at low speeds in the same direction of rotation. Operation under load The motor of the auxiliary drive is dimensioned 
in such way that the bucket elevator can be operated with full buckets for short time at low speed in 
the same direction of rotation. The auxiliary drive is not designed for the nominaloutput torque of the main drive, please note 3. Design of auxiliary drivesThe auxiliary drive is flanged to the main gear unit by means of an intermediate flange. The auxiliary drive is MOTOX bevel-helical geared motor type KF or KZ which is coupled to the main gear unit via an overrunning clutch. Theoverrunning clutch is located in the interme- diate flange and supplied with oil from the main gear unit. The MOTOX bevel-helical geared motor has an own oil filling and is supplied filled with oil. To prevent overspeeds in the case of malfunctions of the overrunning clutch, the customer has to provide speed monitor for the protection of the drive combination which picks up and evaluates the signals of the pulse generator. The auxiliary drives for operation under load, for main gear unit sizes 4 to 1, have high-inertia fan for supporting smooth starting.Pour chaque taille de rducteur et selon le cas dutilisation le choix est donn entre deux virages de puissances diffrentes: Entranement pour la maintenance Le moteur du groupe de virage est dimensionn pour un fonctionnement de llvateur godets vide, basse vitesse et selon un seul sens de rotation.
