The test indicated in following pages shall be conducted after installation. All manpower, tools, accessories and required instruments shall have to be ar ranged by the contractor. Any other tests/ checks considered necessary by the OEM/ Contra ctor / commissioning manual of the equipment has to be conducted at site. In addition to tests on individua equipment some tests/checks are to be conducted/observed from overall system point of view. Such min imum tests/ checks are highlighted under miscellaneous tests. However these shall not be limited to as indicated and shall be finalised in consul tation with client and consulta nt before charging of the system. Based on the test results clear observation shall be indicated by testing engineer regarding suitability for charging of the equipment or reasons for not ch arging. All checks and tests shall be conducted in the presence of Clie nt or its representative and witnessed test results shall be submitted in six copies to Client and one copy to Electrical Inspector. Test results shall be filled in appropriate proforma cleared by the client or its representative. Taking necessary clearance from el ectrical inspector is the res ponsibility of the contractor. After clearance from Electrical Inspector, system / equipment hall be charged in step by step method.
