The Customer shall, at its expense, provide containers complying with all legal and regulatory requirements and sha ll handle, store and dispose of hazardous waste in accordanc with the applicable la ws. 7.6 Flender shall comply with the Customers site rules and regulations when performing Services on the Customers prem ises, provided that the Customer informs Flender, in writing, of all relevant site rul es and regulations in force at th prem ises within re asonable per iod prior to perfo rmanc of th Services. The Services shall not be carried out in unhealthy or dangerous surroundings. All the necessary safety and precautionary measures sha ll have been taken by the Customer, at no ost to Flender, before Services omme nce and shall be mai ntained by the Cust omer during Flenders perfo rmanc of the Servic es. The Cust omer sha ll inform Flend er prior to the xecution of any Services about potential healt or safety risks which may originate fr om the Cust omers pl ant or equi pment or may xist at Customers site, including but not limited to hazardous aterials which may xist in addition to those already spec ifically addressed in the Contract or which may be generated or released in the course of the Servic es (HS Risks ). If potenti al health or saf ety risk arises, then, without limiting its other rights and remedi es, Flender may suspend its work until the respective health or safet risk has been permanentl eliminate , or protective and preventive me asures required by Flender have been aken by th Customer.
