If the Customer rejects an offer from Flender related to Variation requested by the Customer, the Customer will be charged separately for the quotation on the basis of Flenders price lists valid at that time. Performance shall comply with current engineering standards and codes of practice, as well as Customers site rules, provided they have been expressly agreed, are applicable on the effective date of the Contract, and are mandatory for the Services to be performed by Flender.
