Subject to the preceding sentence, the commercially reasonable actions required of Seller pursuant to this Section 3.5.4 may include the following: () Cooperating with Buyer, and cooperati ng with and encour aging the entity or entities responsible for resource adequacy ad ministration, to certify or qualify each Generating Unit and all of the Adjusted Cont ract Capacity of the Generating Units for Resource Adequacy Requirements purposes, () Meeting requirements established in the Resource Adequacy Rules, including demonstration of the ability to deliver all of the Adjusted Contract Capacity over all hours required for full Resource Adequacy Require ments eligibility, and demonstrating that all of the Adjusted Contract Capacity can be deliv ered pursuant to any deliverability standards established by the Resource Adequacy Rules or other regional ent ity or entities responsible for Resource Adequacy Requirements administration; () Negotiating in good faith to make necessary amendments, if any, to this Agreement to conform this Agreement to subseq uent clarifications, re visions or decisions rendered by the entity or entities respons ible for Resource Adequacy Requirements administration, so as to maintain the benefits of the bargain struck by the Parties; and () Taking all commercially reasonable easures necessary to comply with any applicable requirements for meeting Resour ce Adequacy Requirements, including by way of example, complying with all requirements associ ated with the Resource Adequacy Requirem
