ayments shall be made to Flenders bank account without deduction (.. deduction of withholding ta ) within 3 days after issuance of the invoice. If the Customer is required to ake deduction by la , the um payable shall be increased so that Flender receives net amou nt equal to the amou nt it would have received without such deduction.
