CooPER aTIon oblIga TIonS The Law states that organizations and persons in China shall have the obligation to implement the countermeasures adopted by the Chinese authorities. Any persons or organizations failing to implement the countermeasures may be subject to restrictions of its relevant activities and may also have legal liabilities imposed on them.
