He stated that there were quite few people who didnt know that some of the farms in Montgomery even existed or that they provide CSA shares. She reported on the success of the Spring Planting event. They also discussed the Stoutsburg Sourland African American Museum and Church opening that will take place on May 2 and the restoration that has been going into that building. 3-2. BOARD OF HEALTH Deputy Mayor Gural stated that the Board of Health discussed grease trap ordinance updates. Health Officer Stephanie Carey mentioned that she would be needing part-time person to conduct the additional inspections that would be needed going forward.
