All the electricity used at the plan is supplied by Eskom. In addition to the incoming power, there is diesel standby generator that is us ed during power outages to maintain critical process units functional. 4.5.2 Energy Tariff While electricity is supplied by ESKOM, the plant is illed monthly by the City of Tshwane.
