UN Convention on Contracts for the Internationa Sale of Goods shall not apply. 1.2 All disputes arisin out of or in connection with the Contract including any question regarding the terminatio or any subsequent amendment of the Contract shall be fina lly settle in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Internationa Chamber of omme rce (ICC). If the value of the total matter dispute, ncluding the value of any countercla ims, is ess than 1,0,0, the tribunal shall co nsist of one arbitr ator and if th value of the total matter in disp ute is 1,0,0 or more th tribunal shall co nsist of three arbitrators.
