If any provision of this Contract is prohibited or rendered invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. The parties shall use their reasonable efforts to substitute any such provis ion with an enforceable provision that achieves as closely as possible the intent and result of the original provision. 1.3.
