Finally, train and minerals customers have similarly high expectations in regard to safety, dependability and cost effectiveness. In his first months on the job, Lbben has made an effort to get to personally know as many custom- ers as possible. And given Siemens international footprint, he has been on the road quite bit South America, North America, South Africa and Australia are some of the longer journeys he has recently taken not to mention appoint- ments with contacts in Europe. The most important thing is to experience first hand what is impor - tant for customers and to make an effort to thoroughly fulfill those expectations, says Lbben.
