the shaft sealing rings from chemically aggressive cleaning agents is possible.Any contact of the cleaning agent with the shaft sealing rings must be avoided. 5 / 9BA 5 en 0/2 Check the hollow and machine shafts for any damage on the seats and edges. If necessary, rework the parts with suitable tool and clean them again. Note The bore of the hollow shaft and the machine shaft must be absolutely free of grease in the area of the shrink-disk seat.This is essential for safe and reliable torque transmission. Contaminated solvents or dirty cloths as well as cleaning agents containing oil (such as paraffin or turpentine) are not suitable for removing grease. 6.7.2.1 Fitting with integrated DU bush Fit the gear unit by means of nut and threaded spindle. The counterforce is provided by the hollow shaft. NOTICE Property damage Damage to the gear unit from canting during assembly is possible. The hollow shaft must be aligned exactly to the machine shaft when the gear unit is fitted onto themachine shaft. Canting must be avoided.
