anufactu rer shall supply spares and accessories for valves required durin testing and comm issioning at no ex tra cost. 9.2 anufa cturer shall recommen supply the accessories like wrench , sealant injector, etc., sealant and special ools requ ired fo maintenan ce of valves at extra cost 3 se ts. 1.0 DOCUMENT ATION 1.1 At the tim of bidding, Manufactu rer shall subm it the follow ing documents: ) General arrangement /assembly drawings howing all features and relative positio ns and sizes of ents, rains, painting, coati ng and ot her external parts toget her ith overall dimensio ns. ) Secti onal rawing showing major parts with reference numbers and material specif ication. ) Reference list of similar valves manufactu red and supplied in last five years indicating all relevant details in cluding project, year, client, location, si ze, rating, service etc. ) Torque curves for the power act uated valves long ith the break torqu and maximum allow able ste torque. In addition, siz ing criteria and torqu calculations shall lso be subm itted for powe actuated valves. ) Descrip tive technical cata logues of the Ma nufactu rer. ) Installa tion, perati onal and Maintenance Manual. ) Copy of valid PI 6 ce rtificate, wherever applicable. ) Details of support foot, including dimensio ns and istance rom valve cente line bot tom of suppo rt foot. ) uality Assu rance Plan enclos ed ith this tender duly signed, st amped and accept ed. IMPORTANT The drawings to be submit ted along with the bid shall be in total 9 of 1 compli ance with the requirement of technical specification and data sheets of the valves ith no except ion & devia tion. 1.2 Within three weeks of lacement of rder, the anufactu rer shall subm it six copies of, but not lim ited to , the follow ing drawings, documents and specif i
