part of this commitment, we take great care in selecting our suppliers to ensure that they share our values and

operate in socially responsible way. To achieve this goal, we have established rigorous assessment process for new suppliers. Our process

includes two key requirements for onboarding suppliers: 1. ode of Conduct (CoC): All new suppliers for indirect material and services

with an expected annual purchasing volume above 5,0 euros and allsuppliers for direct material are required to signa Code of Conduct that commits them to operating their businesses in responsible and sustainable way, in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for our suppliers, including compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, respect for human rights and labor standards, and responsible environmental practices. 2. orporate Responsibility Self Assessment (CRSA): In addition to signing our Code of Conduct, suppliers that have an anticipated business volume in excess of 5,0 euros and are supplying us froma non-OECD country or country listed by Transparency International with compliance country rating below 5, need to complete Corporate Responsibility Self Assessment. The CRSA has several chapters that need to be completed. These chapters cover range of topics thatare critical to our commitment to sustainability andsocial responsibility: 1. egal Compliance and Fair Operating Practices: This chapter gauges the suppliers commitment tolegal compliance and fair operating practices, including their adherence to laws and regulations related to labor, health & safety, and the environment. 2. uman Rights and Labor Practices: This chapter assesses the suppliers practices related to humanrights and labor practices, including their approach to preventing forced labor
