TESTS: - 1.2. The Sugar Mill shall have right to conduct relevant tests on the equipments of suppliers workshop if required. 1. SCOPE OF SUPPLY: The Seller should ensure that the delivery of material shall be accompanied by clear and detailed packing list in triplicate incorporating therein the gross weight of the consignments as well as the net weight of the material. The seller shall not transfer his right and obligations arising out or in relation to this contract in third party. If the seller abandons this contract if the whole or any part thereof is taken out of sellers hands, the seller shall refund to the sugar mills within 3 days from the date of demand, such part of the advance payment
